- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

As it is our goal to have your purchased item(s) delivered to you in a timely manner, we ask that you please understand that due to the Covid 19 pandemic, it has at times become difficult to get shipments to our consumer(s) as fast as we would like. We will do everything possible to get your purchased item(s) to you as fast as possible.
Incorrect Mailing Information:
Please confirm correct mailing information, such as DR, ST, AVE, PL or HWY at the end of street name as well any APARTMENT or SUITE numbers. In the case that any shipment can not be delivered due to incorrect mailing address, then it will be the responsibility of the consumer to pay for all fees accrued in order to have the shipment resent to the correct address.
We will not ship any item purchased to a P.O. Box or any other similar mailing address. The shipping address must be a physical address that can have shipment(s) to where the items can be delivered.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We Will Not Ship To:
We only ship to the continental US...NO shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We do not ship to FPO, APO, or P.O. Boxes.
